The 26th episode of the "Marauder Shields" Mass Effect comic. In this one... The Galaxy needs its saviors. Victory may be possible... If we all unite in our little acts of defiance.

This is an ongoing story providing an alternative fan-made ending to the Mass Effect story, with a single game-changing maverick transforming the course of history: Marauder Shields. P.S. After yet another hard week, another episode arrives! Yaay. I'll try to catch up on the correspondence over the next few days, sorry if you haven't yet got a reply - I'm lagging horribly. I loved how you were able to give closure as to what the hell was going on at the Citadel while the arms were closed. I mean, those citizens must have panicked, right? Yet the game doesn't show us this...makes things a little immersion-breaking.

Also, props to you for finally showing those elcor tanks in action! Another thing that the game missed and rendered our war assets nearly useless.

THis story continues to be among the most amazing ME fanfics I ever read (and I read tons of them^^), if you take the gorgeous artwork into account, then this is probably the best there is. The characters are all IC (or in character^^) and the story is about tentimes better than what we got in game.

Thanks for this koobismo, you rock.
