This is an ongoing story providing an alternative fan-made ending to the Mass Effect trilogy, with a single game-changing maverick transforming the course of history: Marauder Shields. Be sure to start reading at episode 6.

P.S. This episode was originally planned to be twice as long, but... Life intervened. To ease the wait I've decided to split this lil' story in half, with Episode 32 following the same characters (and hopefully being published in the next few days, perhaps over the nearest weekend). I know you can feel it was supposed to be a bit longer (or so I think), but I'm pretty sure you'll be satisfied once the second part rolls out.

Oh, and in Episode 33... We will learn what's hidden underneath London and see the crucial piece in The Illusive Man's plan. Muahaha!
