In this one… We kick off the second half of our series with a new Nihlus episode, as those born from chaos refuse to accept their fate.

The one that was too big...

This episode's length grew exponentially, when I started to prepare my scenario shots, quick sketches and mashups that were supposed to follow my established scenario. I wanted the frames to be a bit bigger than usual, and thus more immersive, in a way, easier to jump into, more encompassing, with bits of blurriness and shifted perspectives here and there... And I was really satisfied with the result. Unfortunately, interwebs software wasn't.

The problem with the image's length first come up on the newly established Koobismo.com www.koobismo.com - where we were able to overcome it (or, rather, the ingenious Signo Vir was able to overcome it) within 40 minutes. It required some script rewrites, but since we had the source code on hand, it wasn't that big of a problem. DeviantArt however... There's little I can do about this, aside from splitting the episode in half. I do understand where the limitations come from and its essentially my fault for producing something as long and narrow, but its still a bit worrying - it breaks the pacing and makes the whole episode harder to ingest. Oh, well.

I will consider this a lesson, or rather two, dripping directly from the Universe's newsfeed... Firstly: Koobs, shorten your episodes, dude. And drop that idiotic idea of a giant finale to the series. Secondly: Koobs, it's good you've got your own site now. Here's a way I will prove this to ya'.
